After a career in the U.S. military, Richard Hill spent the next 36 years helping professionals transition into retirement and develop plans designed to help them remain financially secure throughout retirement.

He founded Compass Financial Group in 2010 to provide comprehensive planning for retirees and those preparing to retire. His areas of expertise include tax-reduction strategies, health care planning, Social Security optimization, and retirement-income strategies.

Richard works with clients nationwide, and Compass Financial Group is headquartered in the Raleigh-Durham area.
